What is the pH level of Pureau?

Our lab has measured pH counts of 7.1 and 7.4 – this is the pH level when the water leaves our factory - but this level will vary. This is the same for any water as water becomes more acidic the moment it reacts with CO2 i.e. air. This is because the absorption of CO2 is what causes the pH level to drop.

The pH of Pureau will drop more quickly than most waters as there are no pH buffers like bicarbonates in our water – it’s 100% pure.

Rainwater, which is considered by many to be the “purest” water available has a pH of anywhere from 5-5.8 depending on local conditions.

Of course, if you are concerned, you can just add a pinch of bicarb soda to each glass of water you drink! And you will be drinking alkaline water.
